International Recruitment Specialist

Job description

  • Works with HR Business Partner to establish recruiting requirements and meets with hiring managers to identify needs;
  • Determines applicant requirements by having thorough intake meeting with the hiring manager;
  • Attracts applicants by placing jobs on job sites and through direct search;
  • Determines applicant suitability by interviewing applicants and arranging testing where appropriate;
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, arranges travel, lodging, etc;
  • Coordinates interview feedback and where applicable arranges external assessment;
  • Prepares weekly update reports on status of job search for hiring manager;
  • Completes recruitment team dashboard and reports on KPI;
  • Develops, implements and maintains the HR Recruitment process;
  • Develop and implement HR Branding (within the scope of recruitment);
  • In the framework of the talent management process, interview and participate in assessment and identification of development needs for internal talent.

Requirements

  • Freelance with min. 2 years experience as internal recruiter (across the entire recruitment process) within an international company;
  • Strong expertise in direct search and in recruiting via Social Media (LinkedIn, mainly);
  • English, Spanish (3rd language is a plus!)
  • Business Acumen;
  • Creating and reporting HR KPIs related to Recruitment;
  • Eye for detail;
  • At least 30hours p week available
  • Commisions based (so without hourly rates)
  • Strong planning & organizational skills;
  • Expert in data management and ATS systems;
  • Experience in creating and implementing an employer branding strategy is an asset;

Direct Sales Executive

Job description

As a Direct Sales Executive, you are mainly concerned with acquiring recruitment assignments and building your network. You use this to identify opportunities at your own end customers and try to maximize them! In addition to growing your end customer network, you will also be maintaining existing and external contacts as an important part of the job responsibilities of a Direct Sales Executive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • You have a powerful incentive to sell and be successful in your career
  • Pré: you have experience with telesales
  • You possess a powerful commercial – hunting – instinct
  • You are proactive, enterprising and able to work independently
  • Excellent command of the English language (Dutch, German, Spanish, French is a plus)
  • We are looking for motivated sellers, the “die hards” in the business (with a hunter attitude)!
